Frazsiers Whip continued their dominant march through the Jamaica Women’s Premier League (JWPL), notching their 11th consecutive win with a comfortable 4-0 victory over UWI FC on Saturday.
Powered by a brace from Nevillegail Able, who struck in the 36th and 56th minutes, Frazsiers Whip controlled the tempo from early and never looked threatened. Shaneil Buckley added a third in the 76th minute, before Akelia Johnson sealed the result with a well-taken effort in the 85th, maintaining their perfect record this season.
Elsewhere, Cavalier SC and Arnett Gardens FC played out an entertaining 2-2 draw. Shanel Spence gave Cavalier the early lead in the 4th minute, but Briana Crosby equalised for Arnett Gardens in the 35th. Shadie Shirley restored Cavalier’s advantage in the 55th before Tuanashae Hamilton earned a share of the points with a 62nd-minute equaliser for Arnett Gardens.
Los Perfectos delivered the most lopsided result of the day, dismantling Federal United 9-0 in a goal fest. Sashana Campbell was in devastating form, scoring five goals (7th, 35th, 40th, 48th, 54th minutes), while Venicia Reid, Tashika Hamilton, and Shonda Mullings also found the net in the rout.
In other results, Proven Girls and Wifi United battled to a 1-1 draw. Evernique McCleary gave Wifi United the lead in the 66th minute, but Vanessa Lee salvaged a point for Proven Girls with an 84th-minute equaliser.
The fixture between Mile Gully and Real Mobay was abandoned in the 26th minute due to a waterlogged field and will be rescheduled.
With the league approaching its final stretch, Frazsiers Whip continue to set the pace at the top, combining consistency, attacking flair, and a defence that remains hard to break down.
