Mikel Arteta wants Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka and Eddie Nketiah to put together a consistent run to help Premier League leaders Arsenal cope with Gabriel Jesus' absence.
The trio all scored in Arsenal's 3-1 win over West Ham on Boxing Day, and the Gunners are now certain to end 2022 at the top of the table after building a five-point lead over Manchester City.
Jesus was ruled out for three months after suffering a knee injury during the World Cup, in what could prove a blow to their title hopes.
Ahead of Saturday's trip to Brighton and Hove Albion, Arteta demanded that Martinelli, Saka and Nketiah keep the standards high.

The Gunners are locked in negotiations with Shakhtar Donetsk over a deal for Mykhaylo Mudryk, having reportedly had a £57million (€64.4m) bid for the winger rejected.
Shakhtar director Carlo Nicolini said the Ukrainian team expect to receive a fee closer to £100m (€113.2m) for the 21-year-old, who has been touted as a future Ballon d'Or candidate by Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi, his former coach.

Enock Mwepu has returned to Brighton and Hove Albion as an academy coach two months after the discovery of a hereditary heart condition forced him to retire aged 24.
Mwepu, who was also captain of Zambia, fell ill while on a flight to join up with his national side during an international break earlier this season, subsequently spending time in hospital in Mali.
After undergoing further tests, it was determined Mwepu's illness was linked to a heart condition, which can worsen over time and be exacerbated by playing sport.
Mwepu outlined an intention to remain in the sport in some capacity when announcing the end of his playing career in October, and Brighton coach Roberto De Zerbi said the club would do "everything we can to help him".
As such, Brighton revealed on Friday that Mwepu will take up a coaching role with the club's under-9s starting in 2023.
"We were very keen to help Enock with the next stage of his career, and we're delighted he's taken us up on the offer to join our academy coaching staff after an incredibly difficult time for him and his family following his diagnosis," club CEO Paul Barber said.

Alexis Mac Allister's father and representative Carlos has labelled Juventus "one of the most prestigious clubs in the world" amid growing speculation over the midfielder's future.

Brighton and Hove Albion chief executive Paul Barber is confident his side can keep hold of Alexis Mac Allister, despite the midfielder being a man in demand after playing a big part in Argentina's World Cup triumph.
Mac Allister started six of Argentina's seven games in Qatar, including Sunday's penalty shoot-out victory against France at Lusail Stadium in a thrilling final that finished 3-3 after extra time.
The 23-year-old assisted Angel Di Maria's strike at the end of a superb team move that put Argentina two goals up in the first half, having also opened the scoring in his side's must-win final group game against Poland.
Mac Allister signed a new deal with Brighton in October, with the option for the club to extend it by a further year, and Barber does not expect the former Boca Juniors loanee to depart anytime soon.
