BB Coke advanced to the final of the ISSA Ben Francis Cup on Thursday after coming from behind to defeat Manchester High School at the Juici Field in Clarendon, Jamaica.
Manchester, who earlier this season, defeated BB Coke 5-0, seemed well on the way to a repeat performance when Manchester captain Dane Golding put his side in front after 28 minutes.
However, BB Coke, who were determined to be better in their second encounter against their more celebrated opponents, found the equalizer from a Kaymani Case free-kick five minutes after the interval.
BB Coke got their winning goal from the penalty spot when Manchester’s goalkeeper Kevin Dixon brought down Jason Dyer inside the box.
Shamar Robinson duly put away the penalty to send his team into the final.
Who they face will be determined on the completion of the match between St. Elizabeth Technical High and Garvey Maceo that was abandoned because of a water-logged field with Garvey Maceo leading 1-0.
