- Duration of Game: 90 minutes.
- Kick-off at 3:40 p.m. sharp unless otherwise stated.
- Substitutes: seven (7) named substitutes, three (3) of whom can be used.
- The Home Team is the first mentioned team.
- Three (3) points are awarded for a win and one (1) point for a draw.
- The Premier division and the Zonal winner shall be determined as follows:
- Number of Points
- Goal Difference
- Number of Goals
- Score from Direct Matches
- Number of Wins
- Drawing of Lots
- The sport masters of teams, which do not have their own home ground, are required to give three (3) days’ notice to the Referee, Assistant Referees, Press Radio, Television, the Zone Secretary and the General Secretary, of the venue of such fixture.
- Match cards must reach the General Secretary within Forty-Eight (48) hours after a game is played.
- Member schools are requested to familiarize themselves with the League’s Constitution in Order to avoid infringing the rules.
